So there's five steps (which is already a red flag--but that's my opinion)
1) Initial Screening with HR (thirty minutes)
2) Case Study (48 hours before they give you a case study and then you present)
3) Work Process Test (Could look different for roles, but basically they ask for three pieces)
4) Facilitation Exercise (Using your pieces from step 3)
5) Interview with the Executive Director
I just would like to say, I went through all five steps.
Not everyone does because a colleague applied for another position and she made it up to round 2.
Again, I went through all five steps, waited eight days for a response, emailed them asking for an update, and then got rejected.
The organization surrounds itself around equity and uplifting people of color's voices but demonstrates a lack of respect to candidates of color by not communicating. Please consider this before having people endure this long process.
I shouldn't have had to email you for my rejection.
