First it was a video interview over Zoom with the director and then I met with practice manager and director in person. They both made it a point to make you feel comfortable.
You have 4 interviews before getting an offer letter. You get to meet everyone from the office before you decide as well. Process overall fine, but took 2 months. The recruiter I had assigned to me was not that great.
