It depends on the position, but there are typically three sets of interviews with two people each. One focuses on technical skills, one on leadership, and one on communication and teamwork. After the interview, two other staff take the applicant to lunch

Two sets of pairs interviewing. The first half was more of a general interview with questions about my experience and behavioral-style questions. The second half specifically asked about my technical skills with a variety of software and a few soft skills.
