Interview
Initial interview was on campus, followed by a 10 minute phone interview. After both interviews were complete Kimley-Horn invited me to their office in St. Paul. the interview consisted of 3-30 minute interviews with 2 new guys from various project teams every half hour. After this was completed and I was fully overwhelmed 2 younger engineers took me out to lunch for a less formal interview. After lunch we went back to the office for a tour and to meet more people.

Question 1
Basic Behavioral, communication, and conflict style questions.
It was fine and good I talked to many different people over teams and they were all very nice. They told me about their positions and then asked me to tell them about myself.
Simple, easy, quick phone call to start with to get to know each other and ask questions. It only took 30 minutes or less. After the phone call, they only reach out if they want you because otherwise you have to contact them to hear back.

Interview
Very in-depth and long interview, was about three hours but was enjoyable, Multiple different groups asking different groupings of questions ranging form technical to personality to achievements and future goals.
