Interview
Interviewing with Kiewit is basically understanding they are about buzzwords like ethics/morals/etc. So think of reasons you have good character. They pay well and expect a lot of hours so that "pay well" becomes "makes little for the hours you worked". Interview process was a phone call, some online recorded video answers to questions, another longer phone call, then a potential call from a manager finally receiving a job offer.
Talked to a recruiter first then talked to a senior manager in my position. You could talk job language with and could definitely relate to each other on day to day job experience

Interview
Nice and easy two rounds. Not too much focus on technical. Mainly to see your personality. No need to be to worry about it. Smooth and efficient. Got 1 hr interview + 2 rounds and offer within 3 weeks of applying.
Overall an easy process. Had a phone screening and then went to an interview onsite followed by tour of yard. Talked to three different interviewers. The company hosted me with a paid for car and hotel.
