one on one interview conducted on campus after career fair. Comfortable setting, but many questions were from pre made question sheet which included bland topics. G.P.A. was most important question. Travel topic was redundant but necessary because they will ship you anywhere. Great company, long hours but pay is worth it.

It was pretty simple for me. I had a reference from someone who currently worked at Kiewit. I had a foot in the door because of this. I can't really speak on how difficult it would be if I didn't know someone who worked there.

The person who attended the interview was late to the interview, I did not interview with who I was told I'd be interviewing with, and was ghosted after the interview, did not even receive a rejection email.

One on one interview with recruiter for about 20 minutes. I was asked weird questions about work place safety even though was applying for a finance role. Was scheduled for a second round but never got back to me.
