I met an employee at an on campus info session, introduced myself and dropped off my resume after. I then had one in person on campus interview and one phone interview with someone higher-up

Interview
Easy phone call, it was a basic screening interview with behavioural questions and some situational (what would you do?) type. You can find the questions online so it’s easy to prepare
It was conducted over video, but only I had my video on and nobody else did, which was unnerving. Otherwise, STAR format, very simple questions. They all seemed professional and kind.

Interview
The interviewer was easy to talk to but called a few minutes late. Most questions were behavioural or more information about work status and availability. The interviewer also used the extra time to go over some questions I had about the position.
