Interview
I got a phone call from an HR rep who asked me for some basic information. Then, there was an online interview where you had to record yourself answering interview questions. There was also an online personality test.
The process was initiated through an employee referral to HR. HR wanted to conduct a fifteen minute screening interview to ask basic background questions and gauge interest in the candidate.
