Applied online and received an email to do a video interview a week later.
The video interview was through Yello and they give you 5 questions, one minute to look at a question, and two minutes to record yourself answering. Thank goodness you get two attempts on each question and you can review the video after you record it. A much better video interview experience than other companies, but still awkward.
Am still waiting for a follow up.

It was pretty simple for me. I had a reference from someone who currently worked at Kiewit. I had a foot in the door because of this. I can't really speak on how difficult it would be if I didn't know someone who worked there.

The person who attended the interview was late to the interview, I did not interview with who I was told I'd be interviewing with, and was ghosted after the interview, did not even receive a rejection email.

One on one interview with recruiter for about 20 minutes. I was asked weird questions about work place safety even though was applying for a finance role. Was scheduled for a second round but never got back to me.
