I went through mulitple interviews with different people. Very thorough interview process. It was a little intimidating at first but then I became more comfortable. I really wanted the job but I knew I wasn't very qualified.

I was referred by someone who knew the owners. They had me interview with the managers and then I met the owners. The interview was very methodical using prepared questions seeking specific personality types.
