I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Kidzart (Manila, Manila) in Feb 2013
Interview
The interview process is simple affair where two people talk to discuss what types of work they have done in the past. They will ask you if you've had any art exhibits, what media you are comfortable creating as an artist, and if you like to work with children. Lastly, they will ask you your asking salary, and if it's a good fit, hiring you will be a cinch. They will show you a print out of your job description and if you agree, you just sign the contract and you're good to go.
