Initial/first interview was very extensive. The time allocated was 30 minutes but it was well over 45 minutes. The following was a 'math test' which I felt like was TOTALLY irrelevant; as you take the test, you're in a video conference with someone watching you to ensure it's you taking the test. The test wasn't intuitive or indicative of being a qualified candidate and you aren't allowed a calculator which is unrealistic in a day where you use excel for most everything. After talking to a candidate that long you and an unnecessary test which I went home during lunch to take, they went cold turkey with no consideration of telling me that I got or didn't get the job.
