I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Keysight Technologies
Interview
The process started with an online submission form. I was able to speak with a recruiting screener. The following call was by the hiring manager for another round of screening. The onsite interview was fairly involved. Started the day with a 15 minute presentation in front of 20 people on a topic of my choice. The interviews for the rest of the day was panel interviews with multiple layers of management. The technical interview was difficult with physics and materials science questions.

Interview
STAY AWAY - COMPANY RENEGED VERBAL OFFER AFTER SALARY DISUCSSION First round was a call with manager. They then flew me out to Santa Clara to interview in person. Interview went well and was fairly straightforward Week later, got a call from recruiter they wanted to make an offer. Talked a bit about pay, recruiter said she would talk to manager and get a concrete number rather than range (using the info I gave regarding competing offers). Next day, got a call from recruiter with the salary numbers. Tried to push it up a bit, wouldn't budge, eventually agreed to what was offered. Talked over benefits, etc with recruiter. Recruiter said written offer would come in a day max, maybe two. Two days pass and no written offer. I follow up, and the recruiter said the manager decided to interview other people and they were essentially passing for now. This is after agreeing on salary with manager and basically a step that should've been a formality. I gave them a month to give an offer in case the other interviews were bureaucracy/a formality, and they ghosted any additional follow ups. Overall, not sure if I should mark Yes on the "did you get an offer", so I picked a middle ground. Very shady company recruiting tactics, beware!
