Interview
Mostly hires through internal reference or Campus Trainee. After senior member of team check suitability, Sales general Manager interviews. This will be followed by HR round where they will negotiate terms and conditions.

Details of work done in previous jobs. Since products are technical they ask lot of basic question to people with less experience. Experience people from same industry may be spared of technical rounds. Discretion to hire rests with hiring manager and country manager.

Interview
Went through multiple rounds of interviews with management, director and technical people. The experience was quite informal every time and happened online and in-person. I haven't visited the office once. Overall impression was good. Ended up not getting an offer.

Interview
A director headhunted me on LinkedIn. After the CV screening interview, I was told to prepare an in-person presentation about the industry and my approach to the role. Questions about myself and my presentation were asked.
After all of that, I followed up a few times but never heard back from them at all. No email, no call, nothing.
