You attend an info session, then are sent a hirevue link after the session. It’s basically a self-recorded interview. I personally disliked it, as it felt awkward and felt as though interviewers wouldn’t be able to get a true sense of who I am by watching a video recording of me. You only get 30 seconds to prep for each question and three minutes to answer. The info session was great and I was really looking forward to it, but I did not pass the hirevue unfortunately. Questions were pretty straight forward and were relevant to the job. Would’ve loved the opportunity to speak to a real person one on one. Felt rushed and awkward during the whole self-recorded interview.

I applied online. I interviewed at Keyence in Apr 2025
Interview
You ask your questions about the company and role first and then the recruiter asks a lot of questions. It feels like rapid fire and there isn't much feedback. I wish there wasn't so many questions.
I applied online. I interviewed at Keyence (Chicago, IL) in Mar 2025
Interview
Initial interview through teams, flown to Chicago for final interview, do a role play, and a final interview. Overall, probably one of the best interview experiences I’ve had with a company. They truly value the talent they’re bringing on board.
