Very friendly and simple process. There was an information session prior to receiving the 5 hirevue questions. Upon successful completion of the hirevue if your answers meet the needs of the organization they transition you to the final round.

Interview
There's a large meeting describing the company and interview process first. Then you're given a pre-recorded interview immediately afterwards, which you're encouraged to do as soon as possible. Priority is given to people who respond soooner.
Large group interviews then broken into smaller groups for sales pitching of the products. Overall the vibe was laid back for a white collar office. The interview was still very tough due to technical questions.
