Interview
First stage is a group interview. Most of the questions are quite technical and if you don't have an engineering background you might struggle. If you don't have a technical background you need to study your knowledge on automation and the tech used in manufacturing

Question 1
what do skill do you expect to improve on in the next 12 months?
Quick process, but managers seemed very uptight and very rude. Did not enjoy the environment and atmosphere. The building had this peculiar odour, I would not be able to sit in a room with that smell everyday.
I was described as unprofessional, you need to be clear cut for this process and not friendly so dress in a full suit, this was at the final stage in person interview interview.

Interview
The assessment centre consisted of introducing yourself first in a group and then a role play excercise. The role play consisted of trying to sell a car to a customer.
