The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Keyence (Louisville, KY)
Interview
This whole interview process is a JOKE! Minimal communication on the company’s part. You have to take an aptitude test then record yourself in an awkward video. Companies that don’t invest the time to have an actual conversation with a candidate is pretty pathetic. If you want quality talented people, have some respect and speak with them. Says a lot about their values and who they are as a company. Ironic that most reps on LinkedIn have minimal experience or are straight out of college. They’re looking for monkeys to train.
I applied online. I interviewed at Keyence (Los Angeles, CA) in Nov 2025
Interview
There's a large meeting describing the company and interview process first. Then you're given a pre-recorded interview immediately afterwards, which you're encouraged to do as soon as possible. Priority is given to people who respond soooner.
Large group interviews then broken into smaller groups for sales pitching of the products. Overall the vibe was laid back for a white collar office. The interview was still very tough due to technical questions.
