The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Keyence
Interview
Was reached out to by a recruiter initially and soon after I began the application process. First up was the Bennett mechanical test - there was an app for this that was helpful and in all honesty the test was easier then anything on the app. Next up came the phone screening, I actually had a pretty personable person on the other end of the line but they made it clear they are looking for specific answers, pretty straight forward questions here. Then the hirevue/recorded video interview. This is awkward as everyone mentions but just act calm and do as many practice questions as possible. Next up is the caliper personality assessment. I passed the personality test (think about the attributes that make you a successful salesperson and you will be fine) and am now waiting for them to review. If anything does me in it will be the hirevue at this point. There is a lot of information on the questions they will ask here and they should be practiced. Questions won't fee organic or natural. This is a screening/test.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Keyence (Chicago, IL) in Apr 2026
Interview
It was difficult but if you study and know the product, you should do well. I ended up getting the job but it also depends on the location that you want to be in for the position.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Keyence (Boston, MA) in Nov 2025
Interview
There is a Half hour behavioral and a half hour sales roleplay. Roleplay requires studying of their product to then sell to person interviewing. Then there’s a behavioral portion reviewing your resume and prior employment experiences
