Applied online, got a phone call, and the woman was extremely rude. After she asked me the first question, I barely managed to say two words when she interrupted me and started accusing me of not answering the question. I intentionally ended the interview because I couldn't even answer the question with one sentence without interrupting.

Interview
Online pre-recorded interview first and then in-person interview. There is a computer knowledge test at the in-person interview plus being interviewed by a panel of managers. They tell you exactly how a regular day of work is like as well.
