The interview process is two step. You meet with two managers each at a separate stages. They ask you all the same typical questions. They tell you about the job and ask you why you want the job. They really want to see young energetic people who can transition into good sales persons.

Super easy. Series of questions about job history and what you bring to the table. Nothing to stress about. If you have experience, you should have no problems. Have examples of what you did at your previous jobs.
