The key bank AML/BSA director reached out to me over LinkedIn asking me to apply to this role. A month later I got an interview call. There were 2 rounds. One with the hiring manager and another with the director. Interview was average. Focus was only on behavioural questions. I think I did pretty well on both the interview since both the hiring manager and the director responded positively. But I did not hear anything back on my application. The recruiter ghosted me and did not reply to my follow up emails. On the application portal until 3 months, it was reflecting that my application was still under consideration. What a waste of time this process was.
