I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Kevin Barry Fine Art in Jul 2021
Interview
One interview without much clarity on specifics of the role or org chart. The interviewer wasn’t the hiring manager, and this was the only interview. Was given an offer the next day, and the email stated that an offer letter would be provided once the position was already accepted.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Kevin Barry Fine Art (San Francisco, CA) in Mar 2019
Interview
I applied online and was contacted by the People Operations Director. Everyone on the team is really wonderful and they genuinely want to make sure you are a good personality for the team. You will talk to people in multiple offices across different teams. There is a take home assignment pulling art for a mock project that is really fun - you get to showcase your design skills and creative thought process. The project gives you a sense of your day to day and the work you would be doing. The hiring process is super organized and structured, the most pleasant I've had in any creative/design/art field. They are great about getting back to you quickly after rounds and keeping you up to date on the hiring timeline. Overall fantastic interviewing experience - keep up the good work!

After emailing my resume, a few days later I was scheduled to do a phone interview. A couple days later I was asked to do an in-person interview. A day or so later I was offered the position.
