Initial Phone Screen, then phone interview with hiring manager followed by a panel interview on-site, followed by two more phone interviews. The whole process seemed disorganized and planned at the last minute. When I arrived for my on-site interview, literally everyone I was supposed to interview with that day were no where to be found. Two people finally did arrive, 30 minutes late, however only 1 person from the panel interview actually showed up, the other two people never did. After the "panel" interview I spoke with an SFA on the phone for about 30 minutes, and then the hiring manager for about an hour after that. I left the interview feeling pretty good, was told I would hear back "soon". I followed up with the recruiter a few days later, didn't hear anything back until one week later asking if I had time to talk to the director of finance.... that day. I rearranged my schedule to accommodate the request for a 30 minute phone conversation. I followed up with the recruiter a few days later, didn't get a response until 7:30 the night I followed up asking if I could talk to the VP of Finance the next day for 30 minutes. Once again, I rearranged my schedule to accommodate a 30 minute phone conversation at 5pm the following day. At the end of that conversation, I felt like I was going to be offered the job based on what was said in the prior two phone calls. A few days later I was notified, via email, that I would not be offered the job and that it was a "hard decision". I asked for feedback since I felt pretty good about my qualifications and job fit, and was not provided any other than "it wasn't one thing specific" and "it was a hard decision." Though I liked everyone I talked to, think it would be enjoyable to work at Keurig, and felt like I would have really excelled in the position, I can't say I am impressed with how the whole process went. I do not like feeling like my time is being wasted, and I know I wouldn't have even been let in the door if I was 30 minutes late for an interview. Add in two more phone calls after that where the feedback from both interviewers gave me reason to believe an offer was forthcoming, and the whole process left me with a pretty bad taste in my mouth. The fact no feedback was provided at all for why I was not given an offer after all of that is irritating to put it lightly.
