Applied online and the next day was sent a scheduler for the initial phone screen. Phone screen lasted about 30 minutes filled with generic questions and plenty of time for me to ask about the company.
Shortly after, I was invited to a videoconference interview. This aspect was more robust than I was expecting. First, a 30 minute behavioral interview. Next, a 30 minute data analysis overview. I was shown marketing reports and I had to share what I saw in the data. It would help to have digital marketing experience for this part, not at all necessary though. Lastly, a 30 minute marketing situation. The situation is based around a company of my choosing. I chose a company who I know well and has good digital marketing. This part was thought provoking and fun. Finally, a short presentation on a topic of my choice which I made sure I knew very well and which was surely a niche subject.
A few days later I was invited to the final round with a department director. Very casual and conversation based. This conversation made me very excited at the prospect of working with Kepler.
About a week later I received a verbal offer over the phone with an HR rep.
