I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Kenneth Clark Company (Ellicott City, MD) in Apr 2018
Interview
I applied via a third-party job posting site. The CEO emailed me to set up a phone interview the next day. I was invited at the end of the phone interview for an in-person interview about a week later. A working interview was conducted a few days later and an offer was made a few hours later. A very quick and efficient process, which I greatly appreciated.

The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Kenneth Clark Company (Columbia, MD) in Aug 2018
Interview
I found the job through a recruiter. I first had a phone interview and then two in person interviews. The process went pretty quick. Kenneth and Laura interviewed me. The first two interviews were more about asking me questions about my experience and skills. While the last interview was a presentation of an assignment they gave me. They were very nice and made me feel comfortable (especially because I was nervous) and they explained the job role well.

Interview
Multiple interviews with Kenneth Clark and/or company consultants, but Kenneth was very flexible with time and would do an interview via gotomeeting if convenient for you. Kenneth was always very honest and straight forward, that's something I can really appreciate.
