Interview
Senior partner and associate led a straightforward interview. The interview was fairly relaxed, taking on a more conversational manner. I was asked a few competency based questions. The process lasted around 45 minutes.
It was a Streamlined process, based in a private and quiet location. I was made to feel at ease with a warm welcome and professional approach. Overall a good experience.
Quick and painful. There was a certain amount of small talk followed by lovely tea. I enjoyed the view from the office window as we chattered away one beautiful summer's day.

Initial Interview was via telephone with the Office Manager. (Pre-Covid) - Second Interview is in person, at location, with the Office Manager. (Pre-Covid) - Third Interview was with the Partners, via Zoom (Pandemic).
