They call you in for an interview with HR and then second interview with a solicitor and line manager. Its all very non threatening and calm environment they overplay how much work there is and personally I thought a second interview wasn't needed. They are a nice place to work at but personally without career progression its a waste of time.

I was emailed directly by Kennedys about my CV that I had recently uploaded to Reed. I was scheduled for an interview a week later. The interview was a relatively informal process. I talked about my CV and the interviewers asked me a few questions regarding the company.

they was very professional when interviewing me however on my arrival they was very welcoming and making me feel comfortable throughout the interview and calm my nerves. through the interview they asked if I had any questions which they way very helpful to answer them for me.
