Very friendly chat with a group of people Kemp employees. Talked about products and services company delivers. Was asked a few questions from my resume about previous employers and projects i worked on.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Kemp in Feb 2018
Interview
I applied for the job and quickly got an email from hr to arrange a call with them before any technical interviews. I did the call with a junior hr person who was very nice on the phone and just asked some general screening questions. Two weeks later I still had not heard anything back from them so I sent a follow up email asking for an update and received no response. Another 2 weeks later I again sent a mail asking for some update but received no response.
A few months have gone by at this stage and the job is still being advertised and I am still being contacted by recruiters asking me to apply for the role but have received no feedback from the company.
This seems like it is a good company to work for and I was excited about interviewing here but this type of treatment of a potential colleague has soured the whole experience. Needless to say it is unlikely that I will be contacted about a follow up interview at this stage but if I am then I will not be interested.

Describe a software project you worked on and your role in the process.
I'm very sorry to hear about your negative experience. We try to get back to every candidate who applies but we may have had an influx of candidates this time and this could have just accidentally slipped through the cracks. We apologize for not getting back to you. We hope that you would consider employment at KEMP again in the future.
