It was more of me asking questions and if I did or did not like i could decide whether I wanted to be a part of the company. Keep in mind you are a self-employed person so in a way they are trying to attract agents to join. I also know other brokers are not as easy and want specific skills. Goodluck.

I met a team lead and knew it was the perfect place for me, the training, resources and charisma was exactly what I was looking for, I decided to join them
I interviewed a few big and small brokerages and KW had great education, global and good culture. They have support on how to be success as well and their name carries for a beginner.
Asked about hours, salary expectations and experience. I wasn't able to contribute to their needs, but very friendly people and benefits were acceptable.i was looking for part time work only.
