Interview
After applying online, someone contacted me within a day or two. They set up a time to meet with me, and the interview was more of a conversation about my goals, and what KW can provide to me. They basically laid it out for me and explained what the process would be like, should I like to join. I was offered a mentorship program, in addition to the typical training. I started training with them right away, even before my license came in.

What are your goals in the industry- how motivated are you?
Personalities tests conversations about previous experience goals etc. took a KW specific test and a DISC assessment prior, then came in for a formal interview and tour of the space. Got a breakdown of different services offered.

Interview
High pressure and used tactics you will recognize if you have done any in home sales. Even brought in a closer (manager) to try to get me to commit. We talked about lot about the CRM. They are known for the technology and training which i did like.
No interview. As long as you are a licensed real estate agent you can sign onto any brokerage you prefer as long as it is abiding with the law and have proper requirements.
