Everyone was Easy, Friendly, supportive, and informative. The process was fast and the offer was made right away. there are multiple offices and help with resources and education. They have someone to help you in every department, marketing, sales, education and all of that is explained and available to you to check out during the hiring process

Question 1
What are your goals and what are you looking to gain.
Personalities tests conversations about previous experience goals etc. took a KW specific test and a DISC assessment prior, then came in for a formal interview and tour of the space. Got a breakdown of different services offered.

Interview
High pressure and used tactics you will recognize if you have done any in home sales. Even brought in a closer (manager) to try to get me to commit. We talked about lot about the CRM. They are known for the technology and training which i did like.
No interview. As long as you are a licensed real estate agent you can sign onto any brokerage you prefer as long as it is abiding with the law and have proper requirements.
