Realtors are independent contractors, there was no interview. However, I was able to meet with senior leadership to make sure that the brokerage was a good fit. They went over compensation and requirements.

Honestly, I didn’t have one. They did not interive people to become agents and I think they should have. I believe they’ve changed this now though and it’s a pretty thorough several step process.
