The Keller Williams career interview meeting what’s a group of about 20 people in a zoom setting learning about the Keller Williams process and getting a real estate license. It wasn’t a standard interview but more of an information session explaining who the company is and the learning potential.

The one question that kept getting asked was if anyone had a license and how serious they were about getting one. If you were serious there was more information about getting a license and the training at Keller Williams.

Personalities tests conversations about previous experience goals etc. took a KW specific test and a DISC assessment prior, then came in for a formal interview and tour of the space. Got a breakdown of different services offered.

Interview
High pressure and used tactics you will recognize if you have done any in home sales. Even brought in a closer (manager) to try to get me to commit. We talked about lot about the CRM. They are known for the technology and training which i did like.
No interview. As long as you are a licensed real estate agent you can sign onto any brokerage you prefer as long as it is abiding with the law and have proper requirements.
