      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Keller Williams (Seattle, WA) in Jul 2021

      Interview

The interviewer was very kind and easy to talk to. All interviews were held over the phone. There was also a personality assessment that asked questions regarding leadership/work style and basic reasoning ability

It was a long process. I said the same thing over and over to different people over multiple weeks. Dragged out for a while. Very weird test you need to take also.

      Product Manager Interview

      15 Jul 2020
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Austin, TX
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Keller Williams (Austin, TX) in Jan 2020

      Interview

I had a phone screen with a recruiter, followed by an in-person interview with the hiring manager. Then I did an at-home test using KWRI's "proprietary" personality and aptitude testing system. The test included spacial reasoning, language, and logic. The last thing I did was an in-person interview where we reviewed the results of the tests I took, and the interviewer asked a number of invasive and inappropriate questions. We charted out my hopes and dreams for the next 5 years including my "family" goals, and he insisted I list out how much money I've made at each job since college. We also detailed out personal highs and lows since college, which are none of his business. I keep my personal life and professional life separate until I feel comfortable and can appropriately maintain boundaries as I please. From the interviewer's POV, they were trying to get a good understanding of how I tick, what my skills are, and if I have long-term potential at the company. The interviewer made it clear that I would basically receive "free" life coaching, similar to the interview process, throughout my time there as a benefit. This is not something I look for in a job. If you are early in your career or would love to be life coached at your job, this might be the place for you. They seemed like a really tight-knit group of genuinely nice people, and their benefits and pay seem good. However, the interview process was so off-putting and invasive, and knowing that that I would be unable to maintain personal boundaries at work, I declined to move forward any further in the process.

      Question 1

List out every single job you've had since college, and detail how much you made at each one.
