Interview
The process was very friendly and intuitive. The on boarding process took about a week and was very informative with great directions! It talked about the packages and what the office had too offer. Helped with getting the website and MLS process all completed!
I interviewed a few big and small brokerages and KW had great education, global and good culture. They have support on how to be success as well and their name carries for a beginner.
Asked about hours, salary expectations and experience. I wasn't able to contribute to their needs, but very friendly people and benefits were acceptable.i was looking for part time work only.
