Meet with center recruiter to get to know the market place, the admin people and commission split, as well as the mentorship program they offer along with many other educational opportunities for new realtors.
I interviewed a few big and small brokerages and KW had great education, global and good culture. They have support on how to be success as well and their name carries for a beginner.
Asked about hours, salary expectations and experience. I wasn't able to contribute to their needs, but very friendly people and benefits were acceptable.i was looking for part time work only.
