Interview
The interview was very laid back. Team leader wanted to know why I wanted to become a realtor, what I saw as my strengths and weaknesses, what questions I had about the company, what my personal finance goals were.
Quick and easy. They will hire you. Just need a license. They will train you and prep you for commission only. Would do it again. They will hire you and start you right away
It was not immediately clear whether the interview was about the position. But I did not know if the interview was a question of whether the interview would have to go on for a while and I did know it would have been about a week.
Spoke with a team leader about goals in real estate, spoke a little bit about my history and how I ended up here. Then discussed the agency and all that was offered at this location.
