It started with a phone screen that included work, education and interesting facts about me. They provide behavioral assessments that provide easy conversation about my career. They also conducted a life story that showed my professional journey.
Very extensive interview process with multiple steps. Could take anywhere from 2 to 3 months depending on the role and the hiring manager. They dig deep into your past and your motivations
