Very strange interview. They have a personality test they give you to see if you are a fit. Then they ask you interview questions. Some were standard, some were very personal. In my opinion too personal to ask at a job interview. Two of the people were super friendly and nice, and the other interviewer was downright hostile. I could not wait to get out of there. And it lasted over an hour,

Ridiculously long-three months
Had me give 10 references as part of the "process" and never contacted a single person! After three months of personality quizzes, phone and skype and in person interviews, it felt like a horse and pony show - completely irresponsible and unprofessional to waste someone's time

Had me physically draw a timeline of my life on a wipe board and seemed to harp on one question- "what gets you upset or angers you?" So strange- but here's the answer- your lack of professionalism when handling candidates
