Interview
worst hiring process ever.
they are themselves not sure about the hiring process.
it was a pool campus drive so obviously the host college was given more preference.
first there was a pre screening process conducted by NVL.
there were around 150 candidates and 112 were allowed for the next day's process which was to be carried out by the company officials.
They arrived 2.5 hours late but that might not tlbe their fault completely as few of the candidates themselves were not on time. Then there was a QnA session with the ceo. The only productive thing in the whole day was a 30 min technical test which consisted of c++ questions and few logical reasoning. It was 20 marks test and we do not know what was their cut off for clearing this test because around 90 students out of 135-140 were rejected. this whole thing took 2.5 hours to complete. And since they had already wasted the whole day in stupid jokes and so called qna sessions so they had no other option other than eliminating more than 70 percent of the candidates and hence managing to complete the interview process in a single day..

Interview
It was a POOL campus. The whole process took two days. Day One was about initial screening only. It was an online aptitude round + technical questions. That only took the whole day as they were much late. The next round on Day Two started with another offline aptitude + technical + logical round. The last round was interview round where technical skills, pi, hr everything was taken into account. The overall proceedings were very very slow. I got crashed at the last round.
