I applied through my university's website. I was brought in to meet with the Executive Director, who had called me and arranged a time and date. They were not there, so I was told to call back and reschedule. This happened a second time, and eventually I conducted an interview over the phone instead.

Very informal and just wanted to know more about my interest. Was done on Facebook facetime and the whole interview last less than 15 min. I can say that from applying through my university job search website to acceptance of the offer, it was very simple.
