Interview was held by the engineering manager. Questions were related to project management and previous experience. Followed by any questions that could be asked to the team. Next stage would be an onsite visit

Received interview invite from LinkedIn.
Process: Via telephone for the 1st interview then video for the 2nd interview.
It took a couple of weeks in total.
The interviewers were nice to talk to.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Keeler (Windsor, South West England, England) in Jan 2018
Interview
The lady that interviewed me was pleasant but constantly talked about herself and her qualifications. I asked her questions regarding the company's Supply Chain etc. I asked her about Expedite Reports and KPI reports and she said it took her 4 hours to process those reports!! When I politely said there must be a quicker way she told me that she had a degree in Information Technology and she would know if there was a quicker way!!
