I went in and waited for half an hour in a super sketchy basement where it seemed that there were multiple companies running out of, then I talked to a manager
Sorry to hear that you thought our office was sketchy. Definitely not the vibe we are looking to give off! I know the stairs can be quite daunting for some but we aim to be warm and welcoming in our approach. Obviously this time we dropped the ball! We appreciate the feedback. Happy New Year.
