Interview
I applied during COVID 2020 so the interview process was very straightforward. I received a call from the manager and he asked to set up a formal zoom call with the assistant manager and educator. Interview was pretty informal and basic questions were asked
My interview was a Panel Interview with Manager and multiple staff( including charge nurse, clinical educator, bedside nurses). the offer was received a few days later after background checks was performed.

I was asked about myself and experience. They also asked about how I deal with conflict, how I prioritize patient care, what would I do if I wasn't familiar with a particular skill or procedure. It wasn't a bad experience.
