I applied online for a mid-level litigation position. The interview process was staged into three parts. At stage one, I met with a practice group partner who asked my general background and tested my industry knowledge. At stage two, I met with a junior associate who answered questions on firm life. At stage three, I met with a counsel with the perspective of years of experience at the firm.

Three rounds of interviews, over the course of two months. Each interview round was 2+ hours long. 6+ hours of interviewing total. Most interviewers were personable and fine, to the extent possible for those in this line of work

Interview
Was a thorough and very amicable, was conducted by a wide range of attorneys in personality and temperament. Note: my interviews were back in 2007, but several of the attorneys still there.
