Karza is an early startup and hence there is no HR as of yet due to which I received a call from the Co-founder directly to discuss the job opportunity and understand what exactly I am looking out for. The discussion was pretty good and hence the first round of the interview was scheduled with an Architect who was currently working for another company but was soon going to join Karza. He was a young fellow from IIT and his current position was of a Data Scientist. I really enjoyed this interview because the interviewer targeted by strong points first and the questions were really good. There were few puzzles and analytical questions. The second round of the interview was with a consultant who works for Karza and has developed the infrastructure. This round was the most disappointing because the interviewer was putting out words and was asking whether I knew it or no. It was like a 1st standard dictation exam. At some points, I felt as if the interviewer was more into showing off what he knows rather than gauging the skills and then thinking how it can be leveraged. The interview was ended abruptly leaving be more disappointed. After a day, I asked for the feedback from the cofounder who had contacted me for which he said that the feedback received from both the interviewers were conflicting and hence he doesn't want to consider my candidature. He did not bother call me and give me a proper feedback but rather choose to write just 2 sentences and end it. Well my experience started off good but ended on a really disappointing note.
