After a screening phone call I spoke to the CEO and leader of the company. Instead of discussing the position in depth and company vision he found it better to bring up my past work and just spend the time criticizing it. They then wanted to set me up with a "test" to create assets for them which was not compensated at all. After completing the assets their communication was so spotty it seemed like they weren't interested anymore. Culture didn't seem like the right fit for me anyway so it was best to split ways but overall it wasn't a good experience. Perhaps others have had better experiences.
