Interview
First round was submitting an "audition" explaining a test problem, then a technical interview where you teach more questions, then an interview with the local manager you would report to. Went really quick, fast to get the ball rolling.
Composed of two parts, an initial review and a screening. The screener was very nice and helpful. I received an offer within two business days after completing my screening interview.

It was easy. Explaining a concept to an interviewer. Explaining a basic LSAT question and going through it like you would with a student. Mock explanation and running through the answer choices together.
