Interview was disorganised and didn’t give me a clear overview of expectations. Questions regarding pay and scope of role were dodged. I had done my due diligence and read the full role description alongside providing questions of my own, as this was a managerial position I anticipated more forthright answers to queries regarding and discussion of pay but was mistaken.

Phone call from recruiter to organise interview, interview within week of phone call. Said they would let me know outcome within a week of interview, never heard anything back. Disappointing to be ghosted, and would've appreciated some feedback.
